By accessing our website and completing a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
Acknowledgment of Course Purpose
By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that the Safety Course service provided by the therapist is strictly educational and is designed to enhance safety awareness and preparedness within the community. It is not intended to replace or provide therapy services.
Payment Policy
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other electronic payment options. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Cancellation Policy
If the church needs to cancel a scheduled course, a written notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
No refunds are able to be issued. All sales are final upon completion of the purchase. We encourage you to confirm your ability to attend before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the course prior to purchase, please contact us for clarification.
Course Scheduling
Once a purchase is made, the purchaser will receive confirmation and details regarding course scheduling. The timing of the course may be subject to change based on the therapist’s availability and other factors. The purchaser will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
Intellectual Property
All content provided in the safety courses, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and materials, are the intellectual property of Saga or the in-network saga therapists. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course materials without prior written consent.
Dispute Resolution Process
On rare occasions, a conflict might arise between the church and Saga (and/or the presenter). Any dispute will be settled by mediation with a mutually acceptable mediator. If necessary, the parties will move to legally binding arbitration choosing an arbitrator mutually acceptable to both parties.
Limitation of Liability
Saga Mental Health and Relationship Centers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase or participation in a safety course. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
