Amy Kellogg
Amy is a licensed counselor who is passionate about helping individuals and couples process through topics related to complex trauma, addiction, and relational problems. Coming from a background of working in community mental health centers, as well as recovery programs, Amy understands the impact of generational trauma, anxiety, and addiction. Amy is passionate about helping individuals and couples explore their reactions to stress and trauma in order to build understanding and implement new patterns. Amy uses a strengths-based approach to help clients move toward self-compassion and mindfulness in their daily lives. With an undergraduate degree in intercultural and biblical studies and graduate degree from Colorado Christian University, Amy works to help clients explore issues related to faith, suffering, and healing.
