Analin Flores
LMFT
I surrendered my life to Christ in my early 20’s when I decided to trust the Lord completely. As a caring therapist, I know very well how believers quietly struggle with mental health as I battled anxiety since childhood and as a young mother. As a believer, being a therapist is my calling and I am passionate about helping others! I have over a decade of experience working with women of different ages and cultural backgrounds. I received my Masters in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy in 2014 and got licensed in 2018. That same year I founded Florecer Family Counseling with the mission to help women, couples, and families flourish. Clients can expect to receive a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space, where they can feel well understood, learn and practice positive skills to manage their distress, and process traumatic experiences. My approach is holistic in that I offer clients the opportunity to integrate their faith and culture in their treatment. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, SYMBIS, Prepare-Enrich, MAP and other evidenced-based treatments. I joined Saga because I believe in their mission of aligning with God’s word and providing emotional, relational, and mental health support to churches and our communities.
